Founders Circle is an intimate gathering for founders, creatives, couples, and vision-led people at a turning point — who are done waiting for the perfect moment and ready to stop building other people's legacies. If an idea keeps returning to you, this is the space to finally give it room.

Four days in the Ourika Valley, held with intention and ease. Every element has been chosen for how it feels — the light, the food, the pace, the people around the table.

About Your Host
Mouna Jacobsen is the founder of Bailao Sacred Spaces. After a decade in corporate and high-performance environments, she built this space as an answer to what she kept witnessing: brilliant people, misplaced. Driven people, burned out. She does not run workshops. She creates conditions.
Mouna is joined by Ivalu, who holds the arrival meditation and ancestral wisdom space.
