Bailao Sacred Spaces — First Edition

Founders Circle

You've been following this journey. Now there's a seat at the table.

Atlas Mountains, Ourika Valley — near Marrakech, Morocco

8–11 October 2026

Four days of clarity, beauty, rest, and aligned next steps. Intentionally small. Carefully held.

If You've Been Watching, You Already Know

Maybe you have an idea that keeps coming back?

Maybe you've built something and you're ready for what's next?

Maybe you've seen the candles, the teas, the rituals. You've read the posts about ancestral wellness, about building something that means something, about slowing down to go further.

You've felt something in it — maybe because you're in the middle of your own version of that story.

This circle is for you. Founders, creatives, couples, and vision-led people at a turning point — who are done waiting for the right moment and ready to stop building other people's legacies. If an idea keeps returning to you, this is the space to finally give it room.

Four Days. Four Intentions.

Named after Bailao — Mouna's grandmother, a Fulani word meaning 'bringing together' — this circle is rooted in African wellness and the kind of strategic clarity that only comes when you finally stop performing and start listening.

Intentional Decoupling
Creating distance from the noise so you can finally hear yourself think — without guilt, without urgency.
Intuitive Clarity
Building a direction rooted in what you actually want — not what you think you should want.
Embodied Leadership
Understanding the physical and emotional patterns that hold back your best work, supported by nervous system regulation and ancestral wellness practices.
Peer Exchange
Real conversations with people who are also building something. The kind of connection that stays long after you leave.

The conditions here are different. The light, the pace, the food, the people around the table — everything is chosen for how it feels. Clarity tends to arrive when pressure is removed and beauty is present.

Check-out & departures

Space is woven throughout the days for rest, silence, nature, conversation, and integration. Nothing is rushed. Everything is held.

The Location & Your Hosts

Our gathering takes place at a private estate in the Ourika Valley, near Marrakech — surrounded by the Atlas Mountains, gardens, and the kind of quiet that makes thinking possible again.

Mouna Jacobsen — founder of Bailao Sacred Spaces — hosts and guides the experience. After a decade in corporate and high-performance environments, she built this space as an answer to what she kept witnessing: brilliant people, misplaced. Driven people, burned out. Founders who had stopped trusting their own instincts.

Ivalu holds the arrival meditation and ancestral wisdom space — a gentle, grounding landing into the body and the place.

Additional facilitators will be announced as we get closer to October.

She Has Been Holding Space Her Whole Life

Mouna Jacobsen — Founder, Bailao Sacred Spaces

Long before Bailao & Co. existed, Mouna was bringing people together — around family tables, through travel, in living rooms, in conversations that stayed long after the evening ended.

Eight years ago, she went on her own retreat — one that opened a door she had never seen before and marked the beginning of a completely new chapter. She felt it. She saw what was possible. But she left without the structure, the accountability, or the people to carry it forward. The clarity faded. The momentum didn't hold.

"I wasn't ready — and no one held me to it. That experience taught me exactly what a retreat needs to do if it's going to actually change something."

That's why the Founders Circle is built differently. The container, the peer group, the follow-through — all of it is designed so that what shifts here doesn't dissolve the moment you land back home.

In October 2025, she hosted her first Held Circle — guiding a meditation and introducing Bailao & Co. in a sacred women's gathering in Samsø. She loved every minute of it — not because it was perfect, but because it felt true. The room confirmed what she had always known.

"Creating spaces where people feel safe, present, and connected is not just something I do. It is part of who I am."

This is the first edition. Which means you are not simply attending a retreat — you are becoming part of the beginning.

From the Community

What Those Who Know Her Say

"I've followed your journey long enough to know this is not just another post. It's experience. It's courage. It's humanity. The people who will cross your path through Bailao will see something in you they can deeply relate to — precisely because you dare to share the full story, not just the success, but also what it cost you along the way."

"What makes it especially beautiful is how genuine it feels. Clients and people connect deeply with authenticity, and I truly believe Bailao carries exactly that energy. Not something created to impress people, but something created to genuinely connect with them. That kind of honesty and humanity is rare — and people will feel it immediately."

"So proud of you for turning your experiences into something this meaningful and powerful. A beautiful vision for conscious leadership, healing, and legacy-building. The world needs more spaces like this."

Who You'll Be With

"The people you meet in a room like this are not just networking contacts. They are the ones who will still be in your corner two years + from now — because they were there at the moment you decided to move."

— Mouna Jacobsen

This circle is intentionally small. Guests are typically founders, creatives, and vision-led people between 30 and 50+ — at a genuine inflection point.

Some are building something new. Some are rebuilding.

All of them are done waiting for the right moment.

The connection doesn't end when you leave. All confirmed guests are added to a private WhatsApp group before the retreat — so you arrive already knowing the people in the room. After October, the group stays open as a space for ongoing support, accountability, and peer exchange.

Booking closes 31 July 2026. A small number of spots remain.

We understand that plans can change. Email us and we will do our best to find a solution — whether that's a transfer, a credit, or a partial refund depending on timing. Full details are shared at booking.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Reserve with a deposit and arrange a payment plan for the balance. Email us and we will set it up.

How do I get there?
Fly into Marrakech Menara Airport. Return transfers between the airport and the estate are included — we will coordinate pickup and drop-off times with all confirmed guests.

Yes. This is designed for people at a turning point — not seasoned retreat-goers. The pace is intentional, nothing is forced, and the group is small enough that you will never feel lost or overwhelmed.
I've been following Mouna's work for a while. Is this the right next step?
If you've been watching and something keeps pulling you toward it — that's usually the answer. This circle is built for exactly that moment. If you're unsure, send us a message and Mouna will respond personally.
